PHONE - I have same day/evening, or next day availability for phone appointments. It is a great way to check-in and get the information or resources you need without waiting too long. These have been so productive for our Teams and future Teams to work through lists of questions or look into resources that are important. You can schedule 1/2 hour to 1 hour or longer,, it's up to you.
For in-person training, please make sure to schedule your appointment ahead of time.
