Purchase price is something that most buyers consider when looking for a dog. Remember the song {b]How much is that doggie in the window? However, we all know that the inception cost is just the beginning of a long string of expenses related to our breed of choice. What is the most expensive breed to own from 8 - 312 weeks? Consider the following: purchase price: Veterinary expenses (non surgical): Surgeries: Food: Training: Transportation: Exhibitions: Equipment (collar, leads, crates): -

The purchase price always depends on your location. In argentina you could get good prices on Dogos, in Thailand you could get thai ridgeback at good prices, not 1,500. But, for what I see, a good neo is very pricey, some getting to the $5,000 category. English bulldogs are very expensive too, and due to their health conditions, their lifestyle is very expensive too. Tosas are pricey too. So it depends of the rarity of the breed in the place that you live. The other breed that I've heard is the REAL Tibetan Mastiffs, a lot of thousands, they are a piece of art. -

A breedable or should I more apropriately say breed worthy shiloh is an oxymoron. They are probably one of the most genetically corrupted breeds next to an English Buldog so I would have to give them equal ranking as most expensive breed to own. -
